Work with Us

Juju’s Tips’ mission and goal is to help others discover a love for quilting, crafts, and DIY projects. We enjoy and take pride in finding and sharing what we feel are the best resources and products in the craft space. Transparency and authenticity are our highest priorities when presenting information.

There is a fine line between a blog post / video and a commercial, and it has become quite a muddy one at that. Everyone wins when a creator shares information in their own unique way, and we truly believe the result is much better than the “too many cooks in the kitchen” approach. After all, isn’t that the reason companies want to work with them to begin with?

We don’t do paid product or service reviews and will only consider sponsorships with an ad read toward the beginning of a video, but where there is a clear separation between the advertisement and the video content (for example, how podcasters will take breaks to do ad reads). Sponsors / partners will have no input or direction over my video production / creative process. We will not consider business relationships requiring brand or category exclusivity. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, please know that we very likely will use / feature competing products.

For anyone who wants to send us products to try, you’re welcome to email to get a physical mailing address. Keep in mind that this does *not* equate to a business contract or obligation on our part to promote the item. Once you ship something out, we are unable to provide updates / feedback, can’t return products, nor can we fulfill requests to notify you if we end up featuring it on Juju’s Tips. However, we usually tag brands in Instagram / Facebook posts and link to company websites. If you cannot abide by ALL OF these terms, don’t send us stuff.

Additional website content and guest posting is welcomed, but with 3 general guides to consider before reaching out:

Guide #1: Authors must have a track record of writing great content, so if you want us to consider you as a guest poster, show us past articles that has helped build and support the Blog’s community. We do not adhere to any perceived time sensitivity on blog posts, so there is plenty of time for us to do our due diligence in maintaining OUR standard of excellence.

Guide #2: Content must be detailed and unique, meaning we won’t accept pieces that have circulated through other blogs, specifically for the sake of remaining authentic with OUR audience. But also must fit our blog theme of quilting, crafts, or DIY home decor and improvement. We won’t accept any guest posts outside of those topics, no matter how well they are written or from whom they are.

Guide #3: As we do not offer author accounts, Juju’s Tips retains full ownership and rights to all content posted on the blog. The guest’s bio should only contain 1 or 2 links to track back to their home content and guest posts should contain a minimum of 4 links. People have written blog posts on almost every topic out there, so instead of regurgitating the same old information, link out to the sites that have already covered it.
